At The Unfollowing Process, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces don't feel quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original shipping container, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
